Phreesia is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist. The Business Intelligence Specialist will be the technical lead of the Analytics team which provides detailed reporting for all levels of the organization. The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of an existing BI solution. The candidate must have expertise with implementation, maintenance and optimization of BI solutions using Microsoft technologies and the BI stack: Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services, and SQL Server 2005.
Skills & Experience Required:
•Experience with Microsoft VB.Net, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and SQL Server
•Experience with database design and development with strong knowledge of SQL Server 2005
•Experience with dimensional modeling
•Experience with SQL and MDX query languages
•Proficiency with Visual Studio 2005
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Strong IT technical skills
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
•Ability to gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into well defined requirements
•Strong knowledge of Kimball Methodology
•Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and UPS tracking data as asset
•Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with 3-5 years of related experience.
